Fowler
Energy began assisting producers in maximizing
revenue and reducing cost in 1976 when Don Fowler
pioneered the
dehydration, compression and truck transportation
of remotely located natural gas production to
pipelines and, eventually, end users. We can
provide multiple services to assist oil and gas
producers in obtaining a fair value for their
natural gas.
A
complete review of the clients' current contracts
and recent sales statements is done to determine
compare netback prices to the current market. An
onsite review of producing properties is conducted
as required to determine competitive alternatives
and to identify facilities in use by downstream
gatherers. Fowler models the cost of
physical bypass and other market alternatives and
compares the cost you are effectively paying
through netback prices. If other producers are in
the area, aggregation possibilities are explored.
Economic analysis is preformed to determine if
compression, dehydration or other services can be
provided at a lower cost.
A
summary of your alternatives to increase your
netback price are presented along with
recommendations for implementation. In order
to implement the recommendations, negotiations are
conducted on your behalf with current or
alternative service providers. Your level of
participation in negotiations is at your
discretion.
Fowler
Energy has experience in the TXRRC Code of Conduct
complaint process and has been successful in
getting fair treatment of our clients when
negotiations have not been fruitful or unfair
positions are taken by service providers.
Once
a new agreement is in place, Fowler Energy Company
will monitor performance on a monthly basis for
the term of the agreement to insure proper
implementation of all new or amended contract
terms .
