Depending on the client's location and state regulations, there may be several alternatives for procuring power. The options are greater if deregulation and retail wheeling are available. Fowler Energy has the experience and knowledge necessary to develop these alternatives, negotiate with the utilities and service providers involved, and structure economical procurement agreements for our clients. Some of the options include metering changes, load aggregation, cogeneration, self-generation, peak shaving, connection to other utilities and competitive bidding.  

In Texas we procure about 100 MW for our electric clients using competitive bidding, market knowledge and experience to obtain the best service and price.  We have successfully lowered the cost of electricity for many of our electrical clients by 15 to 40 percent.
