Fowler Energy Company assists end users in aggregating their electrical loads in Texas. With deregulation of the Investor Owned Utility territories, it is critical for end users to combine their loads to obtain better pricing. Fowler Energy is registered as an Aggregator with the Public Utility Commission of Texas in order to provide services to our clients. By combining electric loads and obtaining bids from all of the qualified Retail Electric Providers (REPs), we obtain much better pricing in the deregulated market. In addition, we provide client assistance in qualification of the REPs, assist in negotiating the terms of the supply agreement, as well as resolve metering, billing and other issues during the term of the supply arrangement.
