W. Fowler,
President

BSME,
1966, Texas A&M University; MSME, 1968 University of
Texas. From 1975-1985 pioneered compressed natural gas
technology for use in taking wellhead natural gas
directly to pipelines or end users. Registered
professional engineer in Texas #32832 and a Fellow of
ASME. Founded Fowler Energy in 1985 and has since been
very active in all areas of energy procurement and the
development of energy alternatives in Texas and many
other states.

BSME,
1964, North Carolina State University; MAS, 1986,
Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. As a former Air
Force base commander, he managed and procured natural
gas, liquid fuels and electrical power. He is in charge
of Fowler Energy’s natural gas related services
including competitive energy procurement, balancing and
nomination and alternate fuel studies for industrial and
utility customers.

1970, Texas A&M University. Over 25 years experience
in electrical engineering at both the distribution and
transmission levels for a major investor owned utility
with additional years of experience as an electric
utility director for a large municipally owned utility
in Texas. Registered professional engineer in Texas
#44317. He has a thorough understanding of
transmission issues, as well as power and ancillary
services pricing, which helps us better evaluate supply
alternatives for our clients.

Thompson,
Vice President, Marketing

Finance, 1991, St. Edward’s University. Worked for a
major regional natural gas utility from 1982 until 1996.
Bill is the primary contact for producer services, but
also handles a variety of end user cost reduction
projects involving both natural gas and electricity.
Experienced in nomination, balancing, supply acquisition
and contracts involving natural gas, electricity, water
and wastewater.

Positions of increasing commercial responsibility
with Tenneco at various U.S. locations.
From 1988 to 1993 he was responsible for supply,
storage, transportation and marketing functions of
Tenneco’s non-regulated interstate natural gas
company, Tenngasco Corporation, with revenues in excess
of $650 million annually.
Development of energy alternatives for
commercial, industrial and municipal customers since
1993. Represents
Fowler Energy in the Southeast U.S. and Southeast Texas.
Gary is based in our Houston area office.

With experience in all phases of accounting since
1984, she is responsible for the utility accounting for
natural gas, electricity, water and wastewater projects.

Psychology, 1999, Texas A&M University. Jennifer
assists with bidding for clients and functions as the
Project Administrator for REAT. She also assists with
client usage data collection necessary for electric
aggregation projects, as well as obtaining and analyzing
pricing for the deregulated market.

Office Coordinator

Krista
is responsible for primary office functions, including
coordinating the annual Texas
Industrial Energy Conference.
She also assists in natural gas accounting and serves as
Mr. Fowler’s secretary. Normally, it’s Krista’s
friendly voice that greets you when you call our office.

Ericka
Phillips,
Accounts Manager

Business Administration, 1994, Texas A&M University.
Ericka mainly procures natural gas for our TXU clients
and handles any balancing and nomination issues. She
also reviews natural gas and transportation invoices.
Previously, she has worked in the areas of contract
administration and operations for a major gas supplier
in Dallas.

Lori
acquires and maintains the usage information for our
electric clients. She is also responsible for reviewing
clients’ electric bills for correctness and preparing
our invoices for electric services.
